Rachels’ approach to coaching is calm and welcoming, encouraging trust and openness. Her measured, exploratory and inciteful manner aims to support and work in partnership with you to design actions that will enable you to fulfil your personal and professional potential. She is comfortable asking relevant searching or challenging questions with the aim of building on your strengths and taking you further along the path towards your goals.

Rachel has more than 20 years’ experience working as an HR Manager and Training & Development Consultant with clients across the private and public sectors. In her professional career she worked in many sectors including retail, manufacturing, sales and education and so has an insight into the demands and pressures these industries and sectors involve. She is an experienced behavioural training consultant, designing and delivering programmes for clients.

Clients often recognise a need time away from pressures and judgements to talk things through. You may be seeking change or have a desire to be more effective. With Rachel’s experience and client centred, reassuring style, she works with individuals to increase their self-awareness and confidence to make choices that close the gap between how things are now and how they could be. Her style is gentle, empathetic, non-judgemental and supportive. She provides a confidential space for you to explore and challenge yourself. This coupled with an ability to help you identify next steps, pathways and actions makes for a powerful combination.

Rachel is experienced at working with clients at all stages of their career whether newer to the world of work or established in their field. Having been in the same situation herself, she is particularly adept at working with those returning to work from a career break. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and has three children.
